- For young adults, Action Now for Mental Health (ANMH) currently provides free telehealth therapy services for young adults ages 17-30. There is no geographic restriction as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE). While the PHE is in effect, they will continue to provide services nationwide until it ends. Patients will be alerted well in advance if and when the PHE is set to conclude.
- For trans people of all ages, Trans Lifeline provides a peer support hotline and microgrants for trans people in need. You can call their hotline at 877-565-8860.
- For LGBTQ youth, Proyecto Trevor provides access to counselors by phone call (1-866-488-7386), online chat, or text (text START to 678678). They also provide an online community for LGBTQ youth ages 13-24
